From the desk of Ben Davis

You didn’t open a gym to spend your life chasing leads, fixing problems, and wondering where the day went.

You didn’t do it to finish late, miss dinners, carry stress home, and lie awake thinking about rent, payroll, and whether next month will be better than this one.

You opened a gym to build something valuable.

To make real money.

To earn respect.

And to create freedom for yourself and your family.

And if you’re honest, you’ve already done more than most ever will.

You’ve built a real business.

You’ve got clients, staff, overheads, and responsibility.

You’re good at what you do.

But something doesn’t quite add up.

You know you’re capable of more.

You know the business could be cleaner, more profitable, more controlled. And deep down, you know you’re playing smaller than you should be.

  • Maybe growth feels harder than it used to.

  • Maybe marketing feels noisy and inconsistent.

  • Maybe sales aren’t converting the way they should.

  • Maybe you’re busy, but the profit isn’t where it needs to be.

  • Maybe you’re unsure what the next move actually is.

Here’s the truth most gym owners won’t say out loud.

Every serious business owner reaches a point where effort alone stops working.

Where working harder doesn’t fix the problem.

Where guessing gets expensive.

And where the cost of staying the same quietly starts to outweigh the risk of changing.

I’ve seen it hundreds of times.

Some gyms are struggling just to stay afloat.

Some are coasting and telling themselves everything’s fine.

Some look successful from the outside, but are leaking profit, time, and opportunity every month.

Different situations.

Same underlying problem.

A lack of clarity, control, and direction at the ownership level.

And that’s exactly why we created the Gym Owner Business Summit.

This isn’t a fitness conference.

It’s not about workouts, programming, or wellness trends.

And it’s definitely not about hype.

This is a two-day business event for gym owners / entrepreneurs who want to think and operate better, and build a gym that actually pays them properly and more.

Over two focused days, you’ll step out of the noise, firefighting, and guesswork and into a room designed to help you work on the business, not just survive inside it.

You don’t come to this event to be entertained.

You come to work.

You’ll sharpen how you think as an owner.

You’ll strengthen your marketing, sales, and systems.

You’ll understand the numbers that actually matter.

And you’ll leave with a clear plan for what to fix, what to scale, and what to ignore.

  • No fluff.

  • No ego.

  • No pretending.

Just serious gym owners, in the right room, doing the work that actually moves the needle.

You won’t leave with a folder of notes you never open again.

You’ll leave with a clear strategy, defined priorities, and an action plan you can execute immediately with your team.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right level of thinking, so your business finally works the way it should.

Many of the gym owners we work with operate under what we call the 500•25•25•6 Owner Method.

  • A gym that generates £500,000+ per year.

  • Runs at 25% profit margins.

  • Requires roughly 25 hours a week from the owner.

  • And pays a six-figure salary by design, not luck.

If that’s the standard you want to build towards - and beyond - You’re in the right place

Why This Event Exists

This event exists because gym ownership is one of the most misunderstood roles in the fitness industry.

Personal trainers have endless workshops, certifications, and education days.

Programming, methodology, and coaching development are everywhere.

But gym owners, real business owners with staff, rent, payroll, pressure, and responsibility, are largely left to figure it out on their own.

Entrepreneurship is isolating by nature. If it were easy, everyone would do it. Most gym owners are making high-stakes decisions daily that affect their income, their team, and their family, often without the right environment to step back and think clearly.

The Gym Owner Business Summit exists to change that.

Over the years, Fitness Marketing Agency has hosted multiple world-class events for our clients at iconic stadiums and venues around the world. Those events were built for our internal community. (See some of the attached pictures of these events)

This is different.

For the first time ever, we’re bringing the wider gym owner community together for a two-day conference designed purely for business owners in the fitness industry.

  • Not coaches.

  • Not personal trainers.

  • Not certification seekers.

Entrepreneurs.

There are already events that blend business content with fitness education. This isn’t one of them.

  • This is not a hybrid event.

  • It’s not business mixed with programming.

  • It’s not motivational talks disguised as strategy.

It’s not motivational talks disguised as strategy.

  • Marketing.

  • Sales.

  • Profit.

  • Leadership.

  • Systems.

  • Decision-making at the ownership level.

This event is for gym owners who are done trying to grow a serious business inside environments designed for coaches. It’s for owners who want to make more money, build stronger teams, and create greater impact without being trapped inside the day-to-day running of the gym.

We’re investing heavily in this event because we believe gym owners deserve a space built specifically for them. A room where standards are higher, thinking is sharper, and conversations go deeper than surface-level tactics.

When the right owners come together with the right intent, everyone wins.

Better businesses get built.

Teams get led more effectively.

Communities benefit.

That’s why this event exists.

Why Now

The honest answer is this: running a gym has never been harder than it is right now.

The market is saturated.

Consumers have more fitness, wellness, and lifestyle options than ever before. Gyms aren’t just competing with other gyms anymore. You’re competing with boutique studios, low-cost chains, apps, influencers, at-home programmes, wellness brands, weight loss injections and everything in between.

Attention is fragmented.

Clicks are more expensive.

Trust is harder to earn.

And standing out locally takes more than running ads and hoping for the best.

At the same time, the pressure on gym owners is increasing, not easing.

Governments aren’t making life easier for small business owners. Rising costs, higher taxes, increased wage pressures, VAT, rent, utilities, and compliance all squeeze margins tighter every year.

Most gyms are working harder just to stand still.

And here’s the uncomfortable truth most people won’t say out loud:

Many gyms are not making anywhere near the profit they should be.

Revenue might look okay on the surface. The gym might look busy. Instagram might look polished. But when you look at the actual numbers, owner pay, cash flow, and retained profit often tell a very different story.

There’s also a lot of noise and misinformation in the industry right now.

Social media is full of fitness influencers and “gym owners” portraying effortless success. Big claims. Flashy content. Luxury lifestyles. But when you look beyond the highlight reel and into real financials, Companies House filings, or profit and loss statements, the reality often doesn’t match the image.

Instagram doesn’t pay your bills.

Vanity metrics don’t build wealth.

And hype doesn’t create sustainable businesses.

What actually matters now is clarity.

  • Clear positioning.

  • Clear systems.

  • Clear numbers.

  • Clear ownership thinking.

The gyms that win over the next few years won’t be the loudest. They’ll be the most disciplined. The most strategic. The most intentional about how they market, sell, retain, and operate.

This moment matters because the gap is widening.

Between gyms that are run like businesses and those that are still run like jobs. Between owners who adapt and those who rely on what used to work. Between those who control their growth and those who feel at the mercy of the market.

The Gym Owner Business Summit exists because now is not the time to guess, drift, or hope things improve.

It’s the time to sharpen your thinking, tighten your operation, and position your gym to win in a market that’s only getting tougher.

If you’re going to make changes, you might as well make the right ones.

What You’ll Leave With

Not theory or motivation. Clear outcomes you can act on immediately.

Confidence in your next move

Because you’ll leave knowing what matters, what doesn’t, and how to execute without second-guessing

Momentum

not from hype, but from having clarity, structure, and a plan you can actually follow

“This isn’t about learning more.

It’s about leaving with control, direction, and a business that finally starts working the way it should.”

Who the Gym Owner Business Summit Is For

This event is for gym owners who want to build a real business, not just stay busy inside one.

It’s designed for owners who are growth-oriented, commercially minded, and serious about improving profit, control, and long-term outcomes, whether you’re early in the journey or already well established.

You’ll get the most value from this event if you:

Own or operate a physical gym facility:

  • Are responsible for rent, staff, overheads, and key decisions

  • See yourself as an entrepreneur first, not just a coach

  • Want to build something that lasts and pays you properly.

This event is a strong fit if you run, or are building towards, any of the following models:

  • Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) gyms

  • Large Group Training facilities

  • High-Ticket Personal Training studios

  • Body Transformation gyms

  • HYROX-focused gyms, CrossFit or performance facilities

  • Fitness franchise

In terms of stage and experience, this room will include gym owners at different levels, including:

Owners who are early-stage or recently opened, but want to build things properly from day one

Owners doing 8k–30k per month who know they’re working too hard for the return

Owners doing 30k–80k+ per month, including six- and seven-figure annual gyms, who want more profit, structure, and owner freedom

Million-pound, million-dollar, or million-euro gym owners who want tighter systems, stronger margins, and less dependency on themselves

Owners who appear successful on the surface, but know there’s another level of control, leverage, and clarity available

What matters more than current revenue is how you think as an owner.

This event is also for gym owners who want to:

  • Build with an exit in mind by putting the right systems, processes, and structure in place so the business is attractive to buyers in the future

  • Increase enterprise value, not just monthly income

  • Scale to multiple locations and dominate their local area, city, or region

  • Move from owner-operator to true business owner, whether the goal is freedom, scale, or sale

  • Some owners in the room will be focused on building a gym that runs without them.

  • Others will be focused on opening multiple sites or preparing for a strategic exit in the next three to seven years.

  • Others will be fixing foundations, increasing profit, and getting control back before they scale.

All of them belong in the room.

This event is for owners who:

Want to increase profit and pay themselves properly

Think beyond short-term cash flow and towards long-term value and generational wealth.

Are willing to challenge their current thinking, habits, and assumptions.

Want systems, clarity, and leverage, not more chaos.
Take responsibility for outcomes and look for solutions, not excuses.

Understand that staying the same is often riskier than changing.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You do need to be self-aware, coachable, and willing to act.

If you know there’s another level you haven’t touched yet, whether that’s scale, freedom, or exit, this event is designed for you.

Who the Gym Owner
Business Summit Isn’t For

This event is not for everyone. And that’s deliberate.

This summit is designed to be a high-quality room for serious operators. To protect that environment, it’s important to be clear about who should not attend.

This event is not for:

  • Gym owners who believe they’ve “figured it all out,” while their profit, cash flow, and owner pay quietly tell a very different story

  • Owners who rely on image, hype, or social media optics to feel successful, rather than real numbers, margins, and sustainable profit

  • Gym owners who are more focused on looking successful than actually building a healthy, profitable business

  • Owners who confuse attention with achievement and followers with financial performance

  • Gym owners who are comfortable trading time for money and doing everything themselves, with no intention of building systems or leverage

  • Owners who are content where they are, have stopped pushing themselves, and have no real ambition to grow, scale, or improve

  • Gym owners who prefer to complain, blame the market, blame the economy, or blame circumstances rather than take responsibility

  • People who want validation, reassurance, or ego-stroking instead of honest feedback and real conversations

  • Gym owners who are not prepared to challenge their thinking, habits, standards, or identity as an owner

This event is also not for:

  • Freelance or one-to-one personal trainers with no intention of building a real gym business

  • Online-only coaches

  • Garage gyms, pop-up concepts, or hobby businesses

  • Coaching staff attending “to learn” on behalf of the owner

This is an owner-level business summit only:

  • Entrepreneurs

  • Business owners

  • Business partners

  • General managers

  • Senior operational leaders with real decision-making authority

If someone believes they’re “too big” for a room like this, don’t need to be around other owners and thinks exposure to high-level thinking and peer environments isn’t for them, this event probably isn’t for them.

The owners who get the biggest results understand something simple:

Growth doesn’t happen in isolation.

It doesn’t happen in echo chambers.

And it definitely doesn’t happen through curated Instagram highlights.

It happens in the right environment, around other serious operators, where real numbers matter, honest conversations happen, & performance is measured by outcomes, not optics.

If someone is more attached to protecting their ego than improving their business, they won’t enjoy this room.

And that’s exactly how it should be.

Us vs. Other Events

The fitness industry is full of events.

Let’s be clear about what this event is - and what it isn’t.

Trade shows

Education weekends

Coaching certifications

Programming workshops

Most of them are designed to make you a better coach. This event is designed to make you a better business owner.

That’s the difference.

The Gym Owner Business Summit is not about workouts, methodologies, or coaching techniques. It’s not about earning another certificate or improving session delivery from a technical standpoint.

It’s about:

  • Marketing

  • Sales

  • Profit

  • Leadership

  • Systems

  • Ownership-level decision-making

This is a pure business event.

  • Not business mixed with fitness education

  • Not half strategy, half coaching

  • Not motivational talks wrapped in industry jargon

Just business.

That’s why this room is for owners and senior decision-makers only.

  • Not coaching staff

  • Not freelancers

  • Not people looking to “pick up a few ideas”

Serious operators only.

The Room Matters

This isn’t just about what’s on stage.

It’s about who you’re sitting next to.

This room is made up of gym owners who:

Run real businesses with staff, rent, and responsibility

Care about profit, structure, and sustainability

Think in years, not weeks

Are playing a bigger game than “getting by”

Some are early in their journey but thinking like owners from day one.

Some are running six- and seven-figure gyms.

Some are scaling to multiple locations.

Some are building with an exit in mind.

What they have in common isn’t revenue.

It’s how they think.

  • No ego

  • No posturing

  • No Instagram theatre

Just owners having honest conversations about what’s working, what’s broken, and what actually moves the business forward.

That environment alone is worth being in.

Why FMA Is Different

Fitness Marketing Agency didn’t follow trends in this industry.

We created many of them.

Much of what you see in gym marketing today traces back to frameworks, systems, and thinking we pioneered years ago. Others may package it differently, but the source is the same.

While others sold theory, we stayed in the trenches with gym owners.

While others talked in hypotheticals, we tested in real businesses.

While others chased attention, we focused on results.

This event reflects that.

  • No recycled content

  • No surface-level advice

  • No borrowed frameworks

Everything shared in this room is based on real-world application across hundreds of gyms — not opinions, trends, or guesswork.

“But I’m Already in a Mastermind or Working With Someone Else…”

Good

That’s not a reason not to attend. It’s a reason you should.

This event isn’t asking you to replace anything you’re already doing.

It’s not asking for loyalty.

It’s not asking you to pick sides.

This is a two-day business immersion designed to sharpen how you think, decide, and operate as an owner.

The best business owners don’t rely on one room, one mentor, or one perspective. They deliberately put themselves in environments that challenge their thinking, expose blind spots, and raise their standards.

If something adds zeros to your bank account, improves profit, and tightens execution, you don’t avoid it out of loyalty. You use it.

That’s how serious entrepreneurs think.

Why This Matters

Most gym owners attend events that make them feel informed, not equipped.

They leave inspired…

Then return to the same problems, the same bottlenecks, and the same uncertainty.

This summit is designed to be different.

You’ll leave with:

  • Clear priorities

  • Stronger ownership-level thinking

  • Better systems

  • And a plan you can execute immediately

If you’re serious about building a profitable gym that pays you properly, this is the room you need to be in.

If you’re looking for education, certification, or coaching tips, there are plenty of events for that.

This one is for owners who want results.

What You’ll Learn

Running a gym today isn’t about working harder.

It’s about making better decisions.

Over two focused days, you’ll work through the areas that determine whether a gym becomes more profitable and controlled — or slowly turns into harder work for less reward.

This isn’t theory and it’s not generic advice.

It’s about how real gym owners think, lead, market, sell, and operate when they want profit, clarity, and longevity from the business they’ve already built.

At the centre of everything you’ll learn is one defining shift.

The One Skill That Determines Whether Your Gym Scales or Stalls

Most gym owners assume growth problems are caused by marketing, leads, or effort.

They’re not.

The single biggest separator between gym owners who scale and those who stall is leadership.

Not motivational leadership.

Not personality-based leadership.

But the practical, day-to-day leadership that determines:

  • How decisions get made

  • How your team performs without constant oversight

  • Whether systems stick or fall apart

  • Whether the business grows without you being involved in everything

When leadership is strong:

  • Standards rise

  • Teams step up

  • Clients stay longer

  • Growth becomes manageable

When it’s weak:

  • You become the bottleneck

  • Staff need constant direction

  • Problems repeat

  • The business drains you

Throughout the summit, leadership is woven into everything — how you think, how you decide, how you lead people, and how you structure the business so it doesn’t rely on you.

This skill alone improves profit, freedom, and quality of life as an owner.

The Four Principles You’ll Learn at the Gym Owner Business Summit

Every profitable, scalable gym operates from the same four principles.

Miss one, and growth slows.

Ignore two, and you stay busy but underpaid.

Over two days, these principles will be installed into how you think, decide, and operate as a gym owner.

Principle #1: Strategy

Profit Comes From Planning

Most gym owners are busy. Very few are strategic.

They run ads, tweak offers, change prices, try new ideas — and hope something sticks. That’s not strategy. That’s reaction.

Strategy is knowing:

  • Where you’re going

  • Why you’re going there

  • What actually matters right now

At the summit, you’ll learn how to stop reacting and start operating from a clear strategic position — one where every marketing, sales, and operational decision supports the same outcome: predictable profit and owner pay.

You’ll stop asking, “What should I try next?”

And start asking, “What’s the highest-impact move right now?”

That shift alone changes everything.

Principle #2: Optimisation

Getting More From What You Already Have

Most gyms don’t need more leads.

They need to extract more value from what’s already in the business.

Optimisation focuses on:

  • Improving conversion

  • Increasing retention

  • Raising lifetime value

  • Tightening systems

  • Eliminating waste

You’ll learn how profitable gyms generate more profit, time, and leverage from the same resources other owners burn through.

Same gym.

Same market.

Very different outcomes.

Principle #3: Leverage

Stop Doing Everything Yourself

Leverage is how small teams build serious businesses.

It shows up as:

  • Systems instead of memory

  • Processes instead of

  • personality Proof instead of persuasion

  • Teams instead of burnout

One strong system can outperform ten extra hours of effort.

At the summit, you’ll learn how to identify leverage points inside your gym and apply them properly — so growth doesn’t rely on you being everywhere, doing everything.

This is how owners step back without the business slipping.

Principle #4: Speed

Execution Beats Perfection

There’s no prize for knowing what to do and not doing it.

Growth doesn’t come from ideas.

It comes from decisions followed by action.

Speed is the multiplier.

When strategy, optimisation, and leverage are in place, speed creates momentum. Momentum builds confidence.

Confidence allows scale.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Prioritise correctly

  • Make decisions faster

  • Execute without overthinking

  • Build momentum instead of stalling

This is how gyms move from slow, linear growth to compounding results.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Over the two days, you’ll work through how to:

  • Think and operate like a high-performing owner

  • Make better decisions under pressure without burning out

  • Build consistent demand through modern lead generation

  • Position and brand your gym so you’re not competing on price

  • Improve sales with simple, repeatable systems

  • Handle objections without pressure or awkwardness

  • Master the numbers that actually drive profit and owner pay

  • Build a team and operation that doesn’t rely on you

How It All Fits Together

Profitable growth isn’t random.

It’s the result of:

Strategy × Optimisation × Leverage × Speed

Get those four right, and growth becomes predictable.

Ignore them, and you stay stuck working harder for less.

At the Gym Owner Business Summit, these principles won’t just be explained.

They’ll be applied to your business — so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

7 Reasons Gym Owners Attend the Gym Owner Business Summit

You Leave With a Clear Business Plan

Not ideas. Not inspiration. You leave with a clear, practical plan for how to grow profit, improve cash flow, and pay yourself properly — based on your business, not generic advice.

You Stop Guessing and Start Deciding

Most gym owners are reacting. Testing random tactics. Hoping something sticks.

This event replaces guesswork with clarity, so every decision has a purpose and a payoff.

You Learn What Actually Drives Profit

Revenue doesn’t equal wealth.

You’ll understand what genuinely moves profit, margins, and owner pay and where most gyms quietly leak money without realising it.

You Get Strategy, Not Just Tactics

Marketing, sales, retention, and operations only work when they’re aligned under one strategy.

You’ll learn how profitable gyms connect these pieces so growth feels controlled, not chaotic.

You Step Out of the Day-to-Day

Two days away from your gym gives you what most owners never get: space to think clearly.

This is time spent working on the business, not firefighting inside it.

You Sharpen How You Think as an Owner

Your business only grows to the level of your thinking and decision-making.

You’ll improve how you lead, prioritise, and operate under pressure — without burning yourself out.

You’re in the Right Room

No ego. No posturing. No Instagram flexing. Just serious gym owners with staff, rent, and responsibilityall focused on building stronger, more profitable businesses.

This keeps the room focused, relevant, and high-quality.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by other owners who understand the realities of running a gym with staff, rent, and responsibility.

You won’t feel out of place or talked down to — regardless of where you are in your journey.

I’m already doing well. Is this still relevant for me?

Yes.

This event isn’t about “fixing” broken businesses. It’s about improving good ones.

Many high-performing gym owners attend events like this not because things are going badly, but because they want:

- Better margins
- Cleaner systems
- Stronger leadership
- More leverage
- Long-term value and generational wealth

Growth-oriented owners don’t assume they know everything. They look for small improvements that compound over time.

I’m still early in my journey. Is it too soon for me to attend?

If you own a physical gym and are serious about building it properly, it’s not too soon.

Learning how to think, decide, and operate as an owner early on helps you:

- Avoid expensive mistakes
- Build the right foundations
- Scale more cleanly as you grow

Many owners wish they had access to this level of thinking sooner.

£497 +VAT is still an investment. How do I justify the cost?

The simplest way to look at it is in terms of return.

How many retained members, improved decisions, or avoided mistakes would it take for this event to pay for itself? For most gym owners, the answer is very few.

This isn’t about learning one tactic. It’s about upgrading how you think and decide across marketing, sales, pricing, retention, leadership, and operations.

One clearer decision in any of those areas can outweigh the cost many times over.

I’ve got a lot going on right now. Is this really the right time?

There’s never a perfect time.

Most gym owners delay action, waiting for things to feel calmer, clearer, or more convenient. In reality, that moment rarely comes.

You will always have:

- Clients to manage
- Staff to support
- Fires to put out

Progress doesn’t come from waiting. It comes from committing.

This event is designed for owners who are done tolerating passivity and are ready to take responsibility for their next level of growth.

If you’re ready to act rather than wait for perfect conditions, this is the right time.

Why is this different from other fitness events?

Most fitness events provide information. Some provide inspiration. Very few provide clarity you can act on immediately.

The Gym Owner Business Summit is different.

This is not a fitness education conference. It’s a business summit for gym owners.

Over two days, you’ll work on:

- Marketing that generates the right leads consistently
- Sales systems that convert without pressure
- Operations that reduce firefighting and owner dependency
- Profit and cash flow that support proper owner pay
- Leadership and mindset for better decision-making

No hype.
No surface-level motivation.
No generic success stories.

Just clear thinking, stronger systems, and a business that works better as a result.

Final Thoughts

At this point, one of two things usually happens.

Some gym owners read this and decide they don’t need to attend.

  • Their ego kicks in

  • Everything’s “fine.

  • They already know enough.

  • They’re earning what they need.

  • And stepping into a room like this feels unnecessary.

Others tell themselves they’re simply too busy.

  • Too many clients to coach.

  • Too many tasks on the to-do list.

  • Too many fires to put out.

  • They couldn’t possibly step away from the business for two days.

Some will point to the location.

  • London Gatwick feels too far.

  • The travel feels inconvenient.

  • It’s easier to stay where they are and carry on as usual.

That’s their choice. But here’s the reality.

Gym owners are travelling to this event from Canada, the United States, the UAE, Australia, and across Europe to be in the room.

  • They’re crossing time zones.

  • Blocking out days.

  • Rearranging schedules.

Not because it’s easy. But because it matters.

If it’s important enough, you’ll find a way.

  • The gym owners who build stronger, more profitable businesses think differently.

  • They understand that being busy inside the business is not the same as moving the business forward.

  • They know that if they’re always coaching, always reacting, always clearing today’s to-do list, the business never actually improves. It just keeps demanding more of them.

They also understand something else.

  • Growth requires commitment.

  • Impact requires effort.

And entrepreneurship often means doing what’s uncomfortable, inconvenient, or unfamiliar.

The owners who grow don’t ask, “Is this easy?”

They ask, “Is this worth it?”

They create space to think.

  • They step back so they can make better decisions.

  • They work on the business, not just in it.

  • They’re not looking for silver bullets.

  • They’re looking for 1% improvements.

Dave Brailsford popularised this with British Cycling. Small, consistent improvements across every area compound into massive results over time.

THATS HOW REAL BUSINESSES GROW

Not through one breakthrough idea.

But through better thinking, better decisions, and better execution — repeated consistently.

That’s not a weakness.

I’ve built multi-million-pound businesses in the fitness industry, and I still don’t believe I know everything. Neither does my team at FMA.

There is always room to improve marketing, sales, leadership, systems, and how decisions get made.

That’s the mindset of an owner who keeps winning.

At some point, every gym owner faces the same decision:

  • Stay an operator.

  • Do everything yourself.

  • Stay busy.

  • Stay close to the work.

Or take the leap.

  • Step into ownership.

  • Accept a little risk.

  • Do what it takes to be in the right room.

This event isn’t about proving anything to anyone.

It’s about stepping out of the noise, committing to your growth, and surrounding yourself with serious operators who are building real businesses.

If that matters to you, you already know what to do.

Secure your place. Be in the room. And build the business
your gym deserves

  • Go to more, much nicer holidays

  • Spoil your kids and grandkids

  • Say “yes” to home improvements around the house

  • Buy a nicer car you can show off to your neighbors

  • Become financially independent, so you’ll never have to worry about money again

P.S. Look, if you remotely have any desire to grow your gym, then this is your event. You only need one or two BIG ideas that’ll make the trip worthwhile.
